General terms and conditions of use 1. Definitions Parfum d'Ambre: Parfum d'Ambre is a company that sells, among other things, various brands of perfumes. Conditions: the present general conditions of use Site: the internet shop of Parfum d'Ambre User: any person who visits, explores or indexes the Site, or uses it in any other way Content: text, images, tags, photos, audio or video files, links and any other form of information accessible via the Site added to the Site by Users. Actions: a set of steps that can be taken by Users via the Site, such as, for example, online purchases Products: refers to the products offered for sale on the Site by Indices Parfums. 2. Use The Site is made available free of charge to non Merchant Users for the sole purpose of consulting online, sharing Content and carrying out Actions. The information on the Site may only be used for personal purposes. When using the Site, you agree not to: Violate any laws, third party rights or these Terms; Use the Site to harm, threaten, insult or harass others in a way that violates that person's privacy or is (in our opinion) offensive, unacceptable or harmful to other Users, Parfum d'Ambre or related entities; 4. Content Olfastyle SRL wishes to make it clear that it is not possible for the User to purchase any of the Products presented on its site without first accepting the Conditions. Olfastyle SRL reserves the right to remove Content, information or messages from the Site at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to the User. Olfastyle SRL is not obliged to give reasons for its decision or to inform the User. 5. Product prices Olfastyle SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order, subject to availability at that time. 6. Order The Site allows you to purchase perfumes from the shop "Parfum d'Ambre". To place an order for a product via the site, choose a product (or products) on the site and fill your basket. Then choose one of the proposed methods of delivery. Then indicate the method of payment you wish to use and enter the requested information. At any time you can cancel or modify your choice, or view the details, characteristics, quantities, delivery method chosen, amount to be paid, etc. You can also check and, if necessary, modify your order before confirming it on the summary screen of the Site. Clicking on the "I accept" or "Validate" icon means that the User buys the Product he/she has selected, as well as acknowledging that he/she has read and accepted the Site Conditions and the general conditions specific to each Merchant. 7. Payment All orders are payable exclusively in Euro. Payment is made immediately by credit card via the secure payment platform of the Site. Your order is then registered immediately after validation of your basket. Payments are managed by the company Paypal. The general conditions of Paypal are applicable to any payment made via the Site. By accepting these Terms, the User/Merchant accepts the general conditions of Paypal. The User certifies that he/she has the necessary authorisation to make the payment by credit card. The payment order may be revoked in the event of fraudulent use of the card, in accordance with the agreement concluded between the User and his banking institution. 8. Proof of order / Invoicing To ensure your willingness to order, Parfum d'Ambre undertakes to confirm by e-mail the orders of Products received via the Site, within minutes after the order and after validation of your payment. The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail, archived by Parfum d'Ambre and considered as proof of your order. The confirmations of orders that you have placed via the site are available at any time via your user account. Invoices are issued by Parfum d'Ambre and delivered upon delivery of the product. 9. Delivery The Products offered on the Site may or may not be delivered according to the information provided in each Product sheet. Deliveries are handled by Bpost. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation by email once your items have been shipped. Please note that the delivery costs do not include any customs fees that may be due when the package reaches the destination country. Deliveries will be made on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 10. Withdrawal period If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition (still in cellophane). The withdrawal must be notified via the contact form to Olfastyle SRL. The right of withdrawal is subject to the return of the entire delivery within 3 working days from the sending of the e-mail or registered letter in which the withdrawal was notified. Once the return has been made, you will be entitled to a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that are not in their original condition (in their packaging, still in cellophane). 11. Respect for privacy Olfastyle SRL undertakes not to use the data collected for any commercial canvassing without the customer's consent. Olfastyle SRL also undertakes not to sell these data to anyone. 12. Modification of these terms of use Olfastyle SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion. The new versions of the conditions published on the site are automatically applicable between the parties and replace the old conditions. 13. Disputes The application of these Terms of Use and the use of the Site are governed by Belgian law. The courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the application of these Terms, notwithstanding any other jurisdiction and competence clause that may be found in any other document issued by a User.
